By accessing this S.H.I.P.$.™ (Side Hustle Infrastructure Preparation System) app, you irrevocably agree to use the app lawfully and consistently with the following terms:

Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use. You may not impersonate another person, access another member’s account, probe security controls, or attempt to obtain administrator privileges.

Purchases and access

S.H.I.P.$.™ purchases are processed through Stan Store. A valid qualifying purchase grants the purchaser access to the app according to the offer presented at purchase, including current and future published Side Hustles and volumes unless the offer expressly states otherwise. Purchase verification, refunds, chargebacks, suspensions, and restorations may affect access. Original purchase-source records are retained when a legitimate correction is recorded.

Educational use and results

The app provides education and preparation tools, not professional advice or a business opportunity guarantee. Infrastructure Started, Infrastructure In Progress, and Infrastructure Completed refer only to preparation recorded inside the app. They do not mean that you launched a business, found customers, earned income, or achieved guaranteed success.

Not for Me is a reversible selection and is not a failure. You may change it to Saved or Infrastructure Started without losing saved selections or notes.

License and prohibited sharing

Your access is personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. You may use S.H.I.P.$.™ content for your own lawful planning. You may not share account access; copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, scrape, download in bulk, publicly display, or create competing materials from the app; remove rights notices; bypass access controls; or use content to train an artificial-intelligence system without written permission.

User content and conduct

You retain responsibility for information you enter. You grant the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that information to you and to operate the app. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or sensitive information that the app does not request.

Availability and changes

Features, Side Hustles, volumes, and content may be corrected, updated, unpublished, or replaced without deleting saved member progress where the app promises preservation. The service may occasionally be unavailable. These terms and their effective date may be updated; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Disclaimer and limitation

Use the app at your own discretion and risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app and content are provided without warranties, and S.H.I.P.$.™, Tim Carthon, and their service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the app.

Contact and governing terms

Questions should be sent through the support contact shown in the app. Any claim relating to the app shall be governed by the laws of the State in which we are headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Lifetime Access Disclaimer

“Lifetime Access” refers exclusively to the operational lifetime of the application, not the lifetime of the user or purchaser.

If this application is permanently discontinued, deactivated, or otherwise ceases to be functional or available for use, its lifetime shall be considered ended, and any associated lifetime access shall terminate.

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, and/or using the application, whether paid or free, you, subject to applicable law, expressly acknowledge, unequivocally understand, and agree to this definition and its conditions.
