Limited personal use

Authorized members may view and use the app’s materials for their own personal Side Hustle infrastructure planning. No ownership rights are transferred. Any permission not expressly granted is reserved.

Prohibited sharing and reuse

Without prior written permission, you may not share credentials; reproduce or distribute app or book content; post screenshots or substantial excerpts publicly; resell, sublicense, translate, adapt, scrape, archive, or download content in bulk; remove notices; create derivative products or competing courses; or use the content, structure, artwork, or data to train or evaluate an artificial-intelligence system.

Member-created material

You retain rights in original notes and planning text you create. Your entries do not give you rights in the underlying S.H.I.P.$.™ prompts, frameworks, artwork, book content, or system design.

Reports of infringement

A rights owner who believes material in the app infringes their rights should contact the support address shown in the app with identification of the protected work, the material at issue, contact information, a good-faith statement, and any legally required declaration. Professional legal review must complete the formal notice address and applicable takedown procedure.
