Information collected

• Account information, such as email address, display name, sign-in and account status.
• Purchase and access information from Stan Store, such as purchaser email, order and product identifiers, purchase timing, entitlement status, and integration records.
• Information you save in the app, including selections, notes, plans, progress, statuses, recommendations, questionnaire answers, opportunity-pipeline entries, achievements, and Bunker Point activity.
• Technical and security information reasonably needed to operate, troubleshoot, secure, and audit the service.
• Administrator actions and documented reasons for controlled changes.

How information is used

Information is used to create and secure accounts; verify purchases; provide and preserve access; save your work; personalize recommendations; operate app features; prevent fraud and abuse; troubleshoot integrations; comply with law; and maintain an immutable record of sensitive administrative and reset actions.

Service providers and transfers

Our managed cloud service provider stores and processes app, account, and member-workspace data using its managed database and authentication services. Stan Store supplies purchase information used to verify access. Zapier may transfer purchase or integration data between Stan Store and S.H.I.P.$.™ Other providers may process hosting, email, monitoring, or AI-assisted requests only as needed to provide the service. Information may be processed in locations different from your own.

AI-assisted features

When you request AI-assisted recommendations or an administrator drafts content or artwork, relevant prompts and app content may be sent to the configured AI service. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive personal information into free-text fields.

Sharing and disclosure

Personal information is not sold as part of the ordinary operation of S.H.I.P.$.™ Information may be shared with service providers acting on instructions, to complete a requested transaction, to protect rights and security, during a lawful business transfer, or when required by law.

Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide access, preserve member work, document purchases and corrections, maintain security and audit records, and meet legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards and access controls are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; or appeal a decision. Some records may need to be retained for purchases, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or immutable security audits. You may also update certain information directly in your account.

Children and sensitive information

S.H.I.P.$.™ is not directed to children under the age required to consent to online services in their location. Do not submit government identifiers, financial-account credentials, health information, or other sensitive information unless expressly requested through a secure feature.

Privacy requests should be sent through the support contact shown in the app. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed. Professional review must add any jurisdiction-specific notices, controller identity, response deadlines, and appeal instructions that apply.
